QUICK AT HOME WORKOUT

TRUST ME, I know! I know some days are so busy it really is hard to find the time to make it to your favorite fitness class or the gym, BUT that doesn’t mean you have to totally skip out! You can do a quick 30min workout right at home! You’ll get your heart rate up, get a lil sweat in and you’ll feel so proud of yourself for taking the time to move ya body!

EMOM workout are the perfect at home quick workout! EMOM is Every Minute On the Minute! SO! each exercise you’ll have one minute to perform and if you’re done with that set you’ll use the remainder of that minute to rest before moving on to the next! This style of workout FOR SURE gets that heart rate up to burn some cals and make ya sweat!
