Good morning beautiful people! I hope your day is off to a great start! Mine was a little rocky but we MADE IT! Got some HMF Yoga in with the fabulous Tate and then got home and made some amazing Coffee Over Cardio Coffee!! So, all is well!
Blogmas day 15 is HEREEEE! I can’t believe how fast December is going by! Hopefully you’ve gotten some Life with Syd bucket list things checked off, all your shopping done or almost done, looked at some Christmas lights!
So last week I wrote a blogmas post on a 12 days of Christmas ladder workout and that seemed to be a hit! (you can check that out here if you missed it!) SOOO! Today I’m giving y’all another holiday workout! Christmas Cookie Crusher!!!! B-cuz I know the holidays seem to being out all the bakers in us, so work is filled with people bringing in baked goodies, all kinds of treats! And by all means TREAT-YO-SELF but doing a lil workout to help burn some treats off won’t hurt!
LET’S GET TO BURNIN’ OFF THOSE TREATS!
Do each exercise and repeat for 5 rounds! For some extra cardio and cool down, go for a walk around your neighborhood with your pup (if you have one! ) or if you’re doing this at the gym, jump on the treadmill and walk it out for a mile!
You will need access to dumbbells or kettlebells for some of the exercises!
