6 WEEKS, DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?!

HEYYYYOOOO! HAPPY FRIDAY! I’m back after a little break from a month long of daily blog posts! I’ve missed it, but also needed a little break! 

So! I hope everyones year is off to a great start! If you had some fitness goals and feel like you’ve already “fallen off track” well, listen here YOU HAVEN’T!! I, myself haven’t really started on my “eating better” goals this week and hey, that’s OK!

Starting Monday January 11th, I’m starting a 6 week challenge! This challenge is going to be all about being healthy while having balance and having consistency with my workouts! 

Who’s with me?! Let’s get to crushing these goals and being the best versions of ourselves we can possibly be! 

During these 6 weeks some of my personal goals are going to be:

  1. No Processed sugars (ice creams, chocolate, sweets.)
  2. Eat whole nutrient dense foods.
  3. Drink a gallon of water a day.
  4. No more nut butters. (they seem to cause me some inflammation)
  5. Track my meals so I can see what foods make me feel good and which ones don’t.
  6. Positive affirmations 
  7. No comparing myself to others!
