12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS AT HOME WORKOUT

🎶 On the first day of Christmas, my trainer gave to meeeeeeee 🎶 

Hey, y’all  HA P P P  T H U R S D A Y !! Almost the weekend! woo woo! SOOO! I know the holidays can be very busy and you feel like there isn’t enough time in your day! Working out is probably one of the last things on your mind BUTTTT don’t just write it off completely! I’ve put together a little at home workout you can squeeze into any busy say! You don’t need a gym or any equipment! 

Go grab your favorite workout outfit and let’s get a lil sweaty and that booty movin’! We will start by getting our heart rates up and then add in some bodyweight strength movements! 

There we have it! A workout you can do at home, anytime, easy to fit into your busy holiday schedule!
